[Poscgrad] POSC 261

Hi all,

I hope your quarter has wrapped up nicely. I'm just sending out one last
note to ensure that those who want to take POSC 261 have registered for the
course. Right now there are only three students registered, which means
we'll have to cancel the course unless at least one more student enrolls in
the course.

If the course is cancelled I will either offer it or a course on
experimental methods in Spring 2025.
