[Poscgrad] POSC 261

Hi all,

I just wanted to reach out to remind people to register for 261 if they
intend to take it. If not enough people sign up we'll need to cancel the
class, and I'd rather know sooner than later, and it will also help people
choose their classes if this one is cancelled.

If you've already taken 261, but it was by Professors Miller or Napolio,
then this material is likely to be quite a bit different. In that case, you
might still want to take this class by signing up for an independent study
under my name. The only catch is that we still need to have at least 4
students officially registered for 261.
