[Poscgrad] Call for IQMR and ICPSR Summer 2023 Grant Applications

The Department invites requests for support to attend the Institute for
Qualitative and Multi-Method Research *(IQMR*) summer program at Syracuse
University and the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social
Research *(ICPSR) *Summer Program in Quantitative Research at the
University of Michigan.

We offer two grants, one for IQMR (two weeks) and one for ICPSR (one
three-week session only). One student will be selected to be sponsored for
each program. Support covers round-trip airfare and tuition for each
program as well as a $500 lodging supplement for ICPSR (IQMR tuition
already includes a shared hotel room with breakfast).

Receipts will be required for reimbursement of expenses paid in advance,
and no additional expenses are covered for either program.

Applicants must submit a *curriculum vitae *and a *one-page application
letter* explaining why they want support and how this additional methods
training supplements previous coursework, supports their research agenda,
and facilitates completion of the PhD.

by 11:59 PM on *March 28*.
