[Poscgrad] Significant delays in expense transactions

Dear ECON and POSC colleagues,

Due to the change in financial systems with Impact23, the entire campus is experiencing significant delays in processing expenses, allocations and reimbursements. We are at the mercy of central campus to establish all department COA's (Chart of Accounts) which replaced the FAU (Full Accounting Unit). Without these, we are unable to process any financial related transactions. While we are working to resolve the issues, and find workarounds, not all COA's are available, causing some transactions to be submitted while others are on hold awaiting the proper COA's.

We appreciate your understanding and want to assure you we are doing everything we can along with our colleagues to get anything we can processed.

I would like to request your continued patience and understanding while we navigate this new system to get us back up and running.
