Daniel Ratner* from SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. He will be
presenting:

*“AI Operation of a Particle Accelerator”*

Dr. Ratner will discuss how artificial intelligence is transforming the
operation of particle accelerators—enabling real-time performance tuning
and fault detection across complex systems. His talk will highlight
cutting-edge techniques such as Bayesian optimization and deep neural
networks, with real-world applications from the Linac Coherent Light Source
and x-ray FEL.
