[Physics-grads-open] FW: [POWUR] Graduate Students Meeting with Colloquium Speaker

Hello everyone,

We will have a student interaction session with the colloquium speaker, Dr. Adam Lidz this Thursday, May 25th, 2023, before the colloquium at 12 noon in the Barkas Lounge Patio.

Adam is currently an Associate Professor at UPenn. His research areas are in theoretical astrophysics and cosmology. He got his PhD from Columbia University and has been a postdoc at Harvard-Smithsonian Institute for Astrophysics.

We hope that through these interaction sessions, students can freely discuss
anything ranging from the speaker's current and past research, their DEI efforts, navigating graduate school and future prospects.
