Dear DUE Colleagues,

Thank you for participating in this year's Division of Undergraduate
Education (DUE) 2025 retreat! It was wonderful to experience the
excitement and team camaraderie as we prepare for the fall quarter. The
insights shared and discussed were greatly appreciated. We will continue to
discuss and pursue innovative and data-informed solutions that meet the
needs of our students.

I would like to thank everyone who helped facilitate the activities and
sessions throughout the day.  I look forward to working with each of you
this academic year and continuing to strive toward our strategic goals of
boosting graduation rates, reducing equity gaps, boosting student
engagement with high impact practices, and strengthening student retention.
