[Orgvpdue] URGENT: Moderators & Evaluators Need for the Undergraduate Research & Creative Activities Symposium

Good morning UE Org,

Student Engagement needs your help! We still need 20 volunteers for the upcoming Undergraduate Research & Creative Activities Symposium. Please encourage your teams and colleagues from across the campus to support our undergraduate researchers as they share their discoveries. One hour of your time will have a great impact on the students' experience and their success.

You do not need to be a subject-matter expert to volunteer.

Dear UE Team,

The Undergraduate Research & Creative Activities Symposium urgently needs your support.  There are over 200 students presenting their research between May 10-12.  Your support in volunteering an hour of your time to serve as a moderator (on ZOOM) or Evaluator (on Zoom or in-person) will ensure a successful experience for the students.

Please sign-up to moderate or evaluate undergraduate research presentations.

  *   Moderators will introduce the oral presentations and facilitate the Q&A.
  *   Evaluators will use a rubric to provide constructive feedback to the presenters.  You do not need to be an expert on the topic, you will be evaluating the effectiveness of the presentation.

We welcome faculty, staff, and graduate students to participate.
