Dear UCR proposal folks: Just a reminder that we will have a presentation at
2 p.m. next Tuesday, May 27, in Engineering II Room 205-206 titled "If You
Can Read This, I Must Have Used a Legible Font." The presentation will
discuss changing agency requirements on font use in proposals as we migrate
to electronic proposal submission and review, and how to make your proposals
easier to read.

The presentation is free and open to everyone -- faculty, staff, students,
guests. This will be a practice session for me and Colleen Jolly, an expert
in proposal graphics and presentation. Colleen is from the Washington, DC,
area, so we haven't had a chance to practice together in person. We will be
delivering the talk later in the week at the international conference of the
Association of Proposal Management Professionals in Rancho Mirage.

Thanks.
