The National Institutes of Health (NIH) recently announced that its eRA
Commons, eSubmission, and Internet Assisted Review (IAR) applications will
be unavailable from 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Saturday, July 21, 2007,
through 12:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, July 22 for a system upgrade. During this
downtime, there may be a delay in receiving a response from NIH to an
electronic submission, as electronically submitted applications will be held
at Grants.gov for later processing by NIH following the outage period.
