Good afternoon and Happy New Year!

My name is Nina Aguila and I am the Transfer Success Program Coordinator within the Academic Resource Center (ARC). We in the ARC are so excited for you as you transition to UCR this Winter 2023 quarter! I will be connect with you throughout your time here at UCR, inviting you to Academic Resource Center and Transfer Success Program events while sharing campus resources with you that will be beneficial to your success here at UCR. With that being said, I would like to invite you to attend a few events for week 1! Check out the attached flyers and details below. I hope to see you there! 😊

Transition & Success Workshop
Come learn about the plethora of resources that UCR has to offer as you begin your transition to the university system! Develop your tool-kit for success while connecting and engaging with your transfer peers!

Two workshop date/time options (both hybrid)
Monday, January 9th; 11:30am – 1:00pm

Winter 2023 Transfer Student Welcome
Join us for an opportunity to hear from campus leadership, connect with new transfer students, and get answers to questions that may have come up as you transition into UCR this quarter.

Transfer Success Cohort
Are you interested in developing your personal and professional skills while connect with your transfer peers? Join the Transfer Success Cohort! Through a series of seminars, you will gain knowledge about campus resources and skills to add to your toolkit for success. Although not mandatory, students are highly encouraged to attend all sessions.

Time: 3:00pm – 4:00pm
