[Microplantpath_faculty] PI fund cleanup efforts

Dear Faculty,

We are writing to inform you that we are reconciling PI's funds one by one
and may be reaching out to you during this ongoing cleanup effort if we
identified instances where payroll activity posted to a default fund during
the conversion. These charges will need to be reviewed and transferred to
the correct funding sources. To support this work, your analyst will be
reaching out to you directly over the next few weeks with details if your
funds were impacted . Their outreach is part of a coordinated effort to
ensure payroll and funding records are accurate and aligned with the
appropriate grants and funding sources.

We appreciate your cooperation and responsiveness as we work through this
cleanup. If you have general questions about the process, please feel free
to reach out to Maria or me.
