Good evening,

APO has released the 2026 Summer Compensation Guidelines. Attached are this
year's updated forms. Please coordinate communication with your analyst if
you have any questions or are interested in processing a summer salary
request.  They will be able to assist and review your funding options.

A few reminders:

   - June Summer Salary requests are due to your analyst by *Friday May
   29th*
   - The total summer salary must not exceed three-ninths (3/9) for an
   academic year appointee.
   - Summer Session compensation must be included in that total.

this with all faculty and appropriate admin. staff.

We are also offering two refresher workshops via zoom. We encourage all
staff involved in the process to attend as we will review the overall
process flow at each level (Department, APSU, & Payroll).
