[Mathemeritus] Skye Hall AC update

Dear All,

There was a problem with the temp cooling units working as planned in the admin suite and hot air collects in the suite not allowing the offices to cool. We have resumed remote operations with limited staff at the front window and/or Skye 217.  Appended below is the order that remaining units are being brought online. As you can see the highlighted units are those affecting the 2nd floor. The contractor is hoping that at least one of the first 2 ( RTU 14 and 12) will be online this week. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you all, but again any work you can perform remotely, please do so, especially for those with impacted offices. The completion of the work for all units will likely take a couple more weeks, but I will continue to provide updates as they become available.
