Good morning MRB 😊



The custodial service team has scheduled the Biennial (once every 2 years)
floor cleaning throughout MRB. Attached is the schedule of specific rooms,
offices, and lab spaces. The team has asked that occupants prepare the
space in advance to ensure a proper cleaning and in lab areas, to ensure
laboratory spaces are safe ( see message below). Please mark you calendars
and allow ample time to prepare your areas for cleaning. Please let me know
if you have any questions or concerns.





*We would like to schedule the Biennial ( once every 2 years )
deep cleaning of the carpet & hard floors in MRB. I am sending you the
schedule (attached) to assist you with informing the building occupants in
advance of when their area is scheduled to be completed. This should allow
them time to prepare their areas by picking up any personal items up off of
the floors that we typically do not move (e.g. paperwork, boxes,
hazardous containers in labs etc. )*



*All work will be completed on the specified date after 9pm and the area
will be ready for use by 5am on the following day.*
