[Lilab] office space and requirements

Hi All,

Now that tour group has grown, it is important to clarify the office
requirements starting from the new school year.

   1. For any regular quarter (fall, winter, and spring) you are affiliated
   with the lab, you are expected to be on campus for at least 3 days (i.e.,
   24 hours) a week.
   2. If you believe that working in a different environment could enhance
   your efficiency, please seek my approval. You may be granted an
   experimental period; however, subsequent adherence to the on-campus
   requirement may be necessary if off-campus work does not demonstrably
   support research progress.
   3. Our student office is located in the write-up space on the 4th floor
   of the MRB. If you have access to another office on campus that you plan to
   use, please inform me.
   4. In case of 2 and 3 and depending on availability, you may be asked to
   share a desk with another student in our student office or you might not be
   allocated additional space. This is intended to use our student office
   space more effectively.
