Dear All,

As a reminder, the UC Riverside Single Cell Core Grant Program<https://resources.parsebiosciences.com/core-grant-program-ucr-iigb> Announcement Seminar will be taking place this week on September 22nd (Thursday), 10 AM-11 AM at Genomics Auditorium 1102A.

Please join us to learn about the modern single cell solutions with split-pool barcoding technique. Single cell RNA-Seq has become a required tool in today's genomics research. The Evercode split-pool combinatorial barcoding technology was originally demonstrated in a 2018 Science paper with SPLiT-seq<https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.aam8999> and substantially improved to meet modern researcher's needs. We will share details of the UC Riverside Single Cell Core Grant Program: an opportunity for innovative investigators to apply to pilot the single cell solution for free.

Award includes full access to the Single Cell Solution with split-pool barcoding

  * An Evercode Whole Transcriptome (WT) kit capable of up to 100,000 cells
  * Two Cell or Nuclei fixation kits capable of up to 8 samples
  * Parse Biosciences Data Analysis software for data processing and visualization
  *   Parse Biosciences fixation training
  * Parse Biosciences data analysis training and support
  * Barcoding and Library Preparation Services from Genomics Core
  * Illumina NGS Sequencing - P3 flow cell on a NextSeq 2000 sequencer at Genomics Core
  * Data analysis consultation from Bioinformatics Core

This will be a hybrid event, you can attend via Zoom or in person at Genomics Auditorium 1102A. Coffee and snacks will be provided for those who attended in person. Please register here<https://resources.parsebiosciences.com/core-grant-program-ucr-iigb> or via the QR code on the flyer.

Best,
