[IAMRiverside] IAMRiverside Deployment Completed

Hello,

This email is to notify you that IAMRiverside has been deployed.

The R'Mail alias issue that was communicated on Saturday evening was resolved early Monday morning. However, an unexpected issue with UCR's legacy Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) caused IAMRiverside to experience a service outage, delaying deployment tasks and testing.

The IAMRiverside project team has since completed post-deployment testing and is pleased to report that UCR's new identity and access management solution is operational.

Logging into IAMRiverside

To log into IAMRiverside, follow these steps:

  1.  Go to iamriverside.ucr.edu<https://iamriverside.ucr.edu>
  2.  Sign in using your NetID credentials

You can find guidance<https://its.ucr.edu/iamriverside#knowledge> on how to perform specific functions, as well as video walkthroughs, at its.ucr.edu/iamriverside<https://its.ucr.edu/iamriverside>.

Post-Deployment Support

The IAM team will continue post-deployment activities.

If you experience any issues accessing a particular UCR resource, please contact your organization's system access administrator (SAA)<https://eacs.ucr.edu/eacs/EACS_SEARCH.SAA_list>.
