[IAMRiverside] Updated Guidance for IAMRiverside

Hello,


The IAMRiverside project team would like to make you aware of additional guidance that has been added to the project page<https://its.ucr.edu/iamriverside>.


The FAQ section<http://its.ucr.edu/iamriverside#FAQ> has been updated to answer the following questions:

  *   Can I reset my password using IAMRiverside?
  *   Who approves the creation of a new user account (NetID)?
  *   My name is not appearing correctly on my accounts. How do I update it?
  *   Have my permissions changed now that I am using IAMRiverside?
  *   How do I find an individual's NetID now that this information is not available in Enterprise Directory?
  *   When will the NetID account be created?
  *   Who receives notifications from IAMRiverside during the NetID creation process?
  *   How do I extend the Affiliate Exception access period?


Additional guidance has also been added to the IAMRiverside Knowledge Articles<https://its.ucr.edu/iamriverside#knowledge>.


These topics were compiled based on questions and feedback received during the IAMRiverside Office Hour sessions. The team is actively working to address other issues and questions identified in those sessions that are not addressed above.


The project team has also received requests for additional training. To best meet this request, we need to understand where folks feel there are gaps in the existing training resources<https://its.ucr.edu/iamriverside#resources> and FAQs<http://its.ucr.edu/iamriverside#FAQ>.
