COVID-19 lab begins campus testing
UCR is increasing its coronavirus testing of students and employees with the launch of the new diagnostic lab on campus, which allows for quicker results and expanded capacity.

Engineering team receives federal funding for quantum research
Alexander Balandin, a distinguished professor of electrical and computer engineering, is leading a research team that won a nearly $500,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Energy for a project that is expected to influence quantum communications and radiation therapy.

Living the Promise campaign surpasses $300 million goal
