Dear SOE Graduate Students,

As we approach the start of Fall 2023, I wanted to share a couple of announcements and the list of upcoming events we have planned for Fall 2023.

Out of the Office - September 25-29, 2023

I will be away during week 0 of the Fall 2023 quarter celebrating my 10 year wedding anniversary. If you have questions before then, or would like to setup an appointment, please reach out by end of day 9/21 so I have time to respond. I will be back online Monday, October 2nd.

New Office Location

My office is now located in Sproul Hall room 1124. This is in the first building within the Teacher Education office. I'll be on campus Tuesday-Thursday during the academic year. If you want to stop by to say hello, or we have a scheduled appointment, let the receptionist know and they'll let you back to see me.

Calendar of Events - Fall 2023

Please find the attached list of events we have scheduled for SOE graduate students Fall 2023. All events are set with RSVP and Zoom links. Please sign-up and mark your calendars accordingly. All events are being offered hybrid except for happy hours/socials.

Scheduled events were selected based on student feedback in recent surveys and committee meetings. If you would like to see a specific topic or event offered in the upcoming year, please let me know. The writing café will continue for the whole 2023-2024 academic year.
