[Gradstudents] While I'm Away: Contacts and Procedures

Dear GSOE Graduate Students,

I will be away for my brother's wedding June 4-14th. Before I leave, I wanted to make sure I've answered any questions you may have about wrapping up degree requirements or milestones for Spring 2021. Please reply to this email if you need clarification on any steps or procedures.

Enrollment for Fall 2021 is currently open and will remain open through June 25th. I am available now and when I return to help with any enrollment related items.

M.Ed. students completing their capstone paper Spring 2021 - please email me cc: your faculty advisor your final approved paper and signed completion form<http://education.ucr.acsitefactory.com/sites/g/files/rcwecm1216/files/2019-01/MEd%20Capstone%20Completion%20Form%201-2019.pdf>. I will be sending them to Graduate Division when I return on June 15th. Faculty advisors can digitally sign the completion form or reply to your email confirming their approval.

M.A./Ph.D. students submitting a thesis/dissertation Spring 2021 - you must get in your signature approval page, final defense form, and submit the formatted final draft of your thesis/dissertation to ProQuest by June 11th at noon. No extensions. The signature approval page and defense forms can be found here: https://graduate.ucr.edu/petitions-and-forms. Submission instructions for ProQuest can be found here: https://graduate.ucr.edu/dissertation-and-thesis-submission

Since I will be gone during the commencement activities, I want to say CONGRATULATIONS to the class of 2021. Earning an advanced degree is no easy feat and I am so proud of you!
