Thanks to our presenter, SPP postdoc Shengxiao (Alex) Li, who shared his research on the relationship between urban traffic stops and the social and built environment. Alex has provided his presentation slides, which are also attached here.

(And note that today the LA Times had a front page story<https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2022-11-14/minor-traffic-stops-plummet-in-months-after-lapd-policy-change> related to LAPD's changing tactics on traffic stops.)
