[Geospatial] REMINDER: Geospatial/GIS meetup tomorrow, April 20

Hello all,
This is a reminder that our April meetup is tomorrow, Tuesday, April 20 from 12:00 - 12:50 pm PDT.
Tomorrow morning you'll receive an email containing the Zoom meeting information if, by then, you have:

  *   registered on Eventbrite<https://www.eventbrite.com/e/geospatialgis-meetups-tickets-147176971283>, or
  *   replied "yes" or "tentative" to a calendar invite I sent on April 6
(either one of those will do the trick.)
No guarantees I can accommodate last-minute requests for the Zoom info! Thanks for your understanding as we take measures to keep our meetups a safe space.
This meeting will be recorded.
Our presenter tomorrow will be Mario Guevara Santamaria, a postdoc in the department of Environmental Sciences. Mario will present on his work in digital soil mapping, which combines soil science with data science and geographical information sciences to predict the spatial and temporal distribution of soil properties and soil functions across scales, soils or plant cover types. The presentation will focus on soil salinity in particular.
We'll also have discussion and announcements of upcoming events.
