It is that special time when they clean carpets and hard floors. Please
take a look at the schedule below and let me know if you have any issues
with your space. If you do, please note you will be skipped and rescheduled
at a later date.

Hi Bill,



It's time for the biennial (once every two years) deep cleaning of the
carpet and hard floors. I am sending you the schedule (attached) to assist
you with informing the building occupants in advance of when their area
is scheduled to be completed. This should allow them time to prepare their
areas by picking up any personal items up off of the floors that we
typically do not move (e.g. paperwork, boxes, hazardous containers in labs
etc.). All work will be completed on the specified date after 9pm and the
area will be ready for use by 5am on the following day.



Please note in order for the team to stay on schedule, spaces that are not
ready will be skipped and rescheduled at the end of the floor schedule.



Let me know if there are rooms you would like us to skip so that I can
remove them from the schedule.
