Hi everyone,
The Entomology Swap will take place on Friday (September 20) in the
Entomology Large Conference room from 1:30-3:30 PM. If you plan on
donating items to the Swap, please either bring them to the Large
Conference Room between 1-1:30 for set up or, if you can't make it at that
time or need to store them, you can drop them off at my lab (ENTM 263)
between 9-1 on Friday. The swap will open for people to peruse the
available items at 1:30. PLEASE bring a bag with you if you can. We will
ask for donations to the Entomology Inclusivity Fund "by the bag".
"Shopping" will end at 3:30, since we will need to clear out before an
event in the LCR at 4 PM. If you'd like to help, I could use some
assistance with set up (1-1:30) and clean up (3:30-4)! It sounds like
there will be clothes, kitchen items, toys, books, and (maybe) some plants.
Come check it out!
Thanks, everyone! This should be fun!
All the best,
Jessica
