Hi Rick:



            I’m writing to share with you the description of a new faculty
position that my department (UC Davis, Dept. Entomology and Nematology) is
now seeking to hire.  This is an unusual search in that we are encouraging
applicants who work on *any aspect of insect biology*.  Anyone who is
looking for an academic position and doing research with insect systems
could consider themselves a candidate for this position.  We have a highly
collaborative department, and we look forward to welcoming an outstanding
