[Entm-researchstaff] Orders Being Rejected. PLEASE READ

When you are placing a requisition in Oracle you need to make sure how you are entering the POETAF information correctly. Numerous orders are getting rejected or stuck in the system because the proper procedure is not being followed.

If using a non-Grant award which does not contain a "K" numbered or Project number you can enter the COA string in the Charge Account field. Do not enter any COA with a Project Number here!!!!!

If using a Grant award that has been issued a "K" number you HAVE to enter this into the Project Number field. If you enter this as a COA it will get rejected.
