“*The Department of Entomology is seeking someone passionate about
instruction and Global Health. This posting is for an instructor
appointment beginning June 1, 2023. This is a renewable 12-month,
full-time, position with full benefits. Instructors are expected to create
a climate of inclusivity that acknowledges and respects the diversity of
our students. The successful candidate will take a lead role in managing
and instructing a high enrollment introductory course in Global Health for
undergraduate students. This class is taught both in person and online
during the Fall semester of the academic year and taught online only during
the summer. In addition, this position will instruct a capstone class for
global health majors during the Spring semester. Additional courses for
global health and pre-health majors (1/academic semester) will be required
and might include short local or international field experiences for small
groups of students. We are searching for an exceptional instructor who will
bring the experience and knowledge to inspire and educate a group of
highly-motivated and outstanding students.*”
