[Entm-researchstaff] Update on Building AC/cold room

The building AC is returning to normal.

The cold room on the second floor is likely to fail again (it is barely
holding on at the moment).  It going to need a couple of new fans on the
chiller and some electrical component replacements.  I strongly suggest if
you have items in that cold room, you find other places to keep them cool
until the one on the second floor is repaired.  I do believe there is room
in the third and first floor rooms.  I do not know about the cold room in
I&Q.

Please ensure a work order is in to deal with the cold room on Tuesday.
