Subject: Second floor cold room

The lock on the second floor cold room has failed.  The room cannot be accessed; the door is permanently in the locked position at the present. The good news is that the room is still working as a cold room, you just cannot open the door. The lock shop is on it and will replace the lock Monday morning.  In the meantime, just be patient.
