[Entm-researchstaff] IMPORTANT: SSD Picnic Directions

Hey Everyone,

I hope everyone is excited for our Student Seminar Day Picnic out at Ag Ops tomorrow, 9/15, starting at 4:00pm. This is going to be a first so bear with all the people involved in the planning and come out for some food, drinks, and hopefully a good time socializing safely.

Kathy sent out an RSVP form earlier to gauge attendance but also because we are getting individually packaged food. If you plan on attending and have not RSVP'd already, please do so now with this google form<https://forms.gle/5ip1o9E485qJCk2v9> . I am not sure if she ordered already but we will do our best to accommodate everyone.

I have attached a map and specific instructions for how to get to the picnic area, please read through and make sure to follow the guidelines for driving and parking there. Sadly, we are not allowing dogs to join us this time in an effort to leave as little trace as possible.
