[Entm-researchstaff] Departmental "Opening up" date

All,
I am pushing our open-up date to align with the campus opening-up date. The
new date is August 16.  At that time, most of our staff will be back full
time in the office and facilities will be opening up the buildings.

Please note under the latest guidance from the State and CDC, masks must be
worn indoors regardless of vaccination status.  This, of course, does not
apply if you are the only one in the room.
