Subject: Registration and Abstract Submission now open for EPG Conference

Dear colleagues,

This message is to announce that Registration and Abstraction submission
for the EPG Conference in January 2024 are open on the Conference web site
at: https://crec.ifas.ufl.edu/extension/epg/epg-conference-2024/

Abstract submission will close on September 1, 2023. Virtually all
abstracts will be accepted for a poster, although we may slightly edit them
for English grammar. Severe grammatical problems will trigger rejection of
your abstract, so get some help to check grammar, if needed. We will
notify submitters of the status of their presentation (oral or poster
presentation) by October 1, 2023.

For those who require an approved presentation title for travel or visa
applications, please directly email the title of your presentation to me as
soon as possible. I will email an official reply accepting your title for
poster presentation. You will be notified by October 1st whether your talk
has been accepted an an oral presentation.

Please pass this information on to any interested colleagues.

Thanks and take care,

Elaine
