The following message and attachment forwarded on behalf of Dr. Michele Jones.


Thank you to all who have sent me information for awards and honors received during 2020 and 2021 for the department newsletter. It's not too late to send information (michelej at ucr.edu<mailto:michelej at ucr.edu> ). I would especially encourage undergraduate students who have received awards to share that information (or faculty who are aware of undergraduate awards). I have attached the information that I have received thus far. If you sent me awards information, please check it to make sure I have transferred it correctly.

Entomology Faculty, Staff and Students

It is that time again for us to request that all of you provide our newsletter editor (Michele Jones: michelej at ucr.edu<mailto:michelej at ucr.edu>)  with information on any honors or professional awards that you received during 2020, and also through August 2021. We have shifted our publication date due to shut downs. We would appreciate it if you could send that information by September 17.

This is the only place we collect all this information for the department's records, so please send us your information.

 Include the formal title of your award,date received (year is sufficient), and your full name as you would like it to appear in the newsletter.

Please send your response only to Michele rather than replying to all.
