[Enscstudent] For students that are having a hold due to Covid training

Dear graduate students,

Some students are still experiencing issues with a hold due to the required Covid training.   Please see the information provided below:

R'Web hold

The hold should be removed once you have: 1) Completed the training, and 2) Acknowledged the message in R'Web.

To do this login to https://rweb.ucr.edu and check the box next to, "I have read this message and no longer wish to see it."

It may take about 15 minutes to clear, so please log out/in after you have done this.

If you continue to experience issues you can submit a support ticket<https://ucrsupport.service-now.com/ucr_portal?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=d10c39ee0f348300138942bce1050e8b>, and someone can assist you.
