UWP Lecturers plagiarism reports

Kate, I understand what the procedures are. The instructions are quite
clear. What I am doing is complaining about them. I think they are not
fair to the instructors and an attempt to shift workload from Student
Conduct to lecturers. I would like to see this taken up in the next round
of collective bargaining.
