UWP Lecturers Draft of Engl 1C alternatives

At this late date, and considering it's election night, I can't respond to
this at length right now, but I know there is a great degree of interest
among at least a few existing lecturers in proposing specific courses under 
the pathway 2
model.  Please advise us how we can do this.
