Re:       New CIGNA Health Plan Workshops

 

CIGNA Choice Fund, a new medical plan that combines a health reimbursement
account plus a preferred provider organization plan (HRA/PPO) will be
available for enrollment during Open Enrollment.  To help assist those
interested in understanding the new CIGNA health plan the Benefits Office
has invited a representative form CIGNA to provide an overview of the plan,
plus a question and answer session.  A representative from CIGNA will also
be available for questions at the Benefits Fair on October 30th, Noon -3:00
p.m. at UNEX (Rooms D&E).  For those who are unable attend any of these
presentations the Benefits Office will be holding several Open Enrollment
workshops during the month of November where the new CIGNA health plan will
be covered.  The following workshops will be presented on Wednesday, October
31, 2007:

 

TIME:          10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.     

LOCATION: BOURNS HALL, ROOM A-171

 

TIME:          12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M.      

LOCATION: HUMANITIES 1500

 

TIME:           1:00 P.M - 2:00 P.M.     

LOCATION: HUMAN RESOURCES EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT CENTER (EDC)
