[Englecturers] Basic Writing finals week testing and grading schedule

Finals in Basic Writing are committee graded.  Each 
instructor grades the same number of exams as he/she has 
students in his/her class(es).  Exams can not leave the 
Writing Center, and the hours the Writing Center will be open 
are indicated on the schedule. Additional night hours will be 
added if necessary. Instructors should approcimate the number 
of hours they will need to complete their grading and plan 
their schedules in order to complete their grading on time.  
If exam grades are late, the whole process is compromised and 
finals grades can not be tabulated on time to meet the 
registrar's deadline.
