[Englecturers] spring basic writing texts

The  English 4 required textbooks during the spring quarter 
are different from those used in earlier quarters this year.  

Required texts:

Conversations: Readings for Writing by Selzer and Carpini

Sentence-Combing Workbook by Altman et al

Instructor copies of these new books have been ordered but 
have not yet arrived.  Whole text selctions may be made from 
the fall/winter list, and we do have plenty of copies of 
these books available now.
