Dear Instructors,

I will be doing a series of workshops in the WRC this quarter 
on topics that will hopefully be of some use to your 
students.  Please remind your students to check their D 
course Blackboard for announcements of topics, times and 
places.  The first one will be held on April 13 (yes, Friday 
the 13th) from 11:00-12:00.  We will be discussing the 
idiomatic use of prepositions (ie "accompanied with" -used 
with a thing or object- vs "accompanied by -used with a 
person).
