[Englecturers] Subject A Grading Policy

Colleagues:

       I am attaching a memo for Spring Subject A instructors that will be 
of interest to all Lecturers.  As I say in the memo, I hope discussion will 
continue regarding the important issue of academic standards and the 
meaning of particular letter grades.
