[Englecturers] RE: English Chair Appointment

Dear colleagues and English Department members:

I fully and enthusiastically support Katherine as chair. It's important that
we unite behind her leadership. I think that communication between the
College and the Department has now improved, and we've gotten the College to
recognize some of our pressing concerns. I'm hoping this may be a turning
point. Let's give it a chance. 

Congratulations, Katherine! May the force be with you.
