[Em-announcements] SSB Elevator/Oil Leak

Good Afternoon All,

Thank you for your flexibility today and willingness to use the 
stairs as opposed to the elevator. As of 2:00pm this afternoon, the 
elevator is back to functioning 100%. Please feel free to begin using 
the elevator.
