The Academic Resource Center depends on hiring excellent students to be
tutors and SIs for our classes.  I’m sharing the call the ARC is putting
out to students with you so that your faculty can encourage/recommend
students for the ARC to hire in these roles.

Hello all,



In preparation for our main hiring season, the ARC is holding a job fair
next Wednesday, January 31st from 12 pm until 2 pm here in the department.
If you all could share the attached flyer with students or even post it
where students can see it, that would be great.



Also, if you know any students that you think would be great as SI Leaders,
Tutors, Peer Mentors, etc., please refer them to us. We welcome all
students recommended by you all to interview. For the students that you
recommend, please have them include, “Referred by: Your name or department”
on their application. While we cannot guarantee employment, we can
guarantee an interview for the students you refer that meet our minimum
requirements.
