Call for SIAM 2021 Data Mining Conference Student Scholarship Applications

Are you interested in learning more about data science and the discovery of
valuable knowledge from data? Come attend the SIAM 2021 International
Conference on Data Mining, which will be held virtually April 29-May 1,
2021, to learn more about the core of modern data science. This year there
is a unique opportunity for students to learn more about data science
(including data mining, machine learning, databases, and pattern
recognition) and interact with PhD students and senior leaders in the field
thanks to an NSF grant. Any full-time student in good standing is eligible
to receive the student scholarship. First-time attendees and
underrepresented groups (women and underrepresented minorities) are
strongly encouraged to apply. Please apply by filling out the application
at https://forms.gle/Pis1LrvV3DRepiyV7 by April 25th 11:59 PM EDT. The
scholarship award notification will be sent on April 27th.
