Modern Grimmoire
Once upon a time... two brothers collected fairy tales from contemporary storytellers. Two centuries later, we will do the same. The anthology Modern Grimmoire: Contemporary Fairy Tales, Fables & Folklore<http://indigoinkpress.us1.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=ce7dc9cf383d6f0a414ec3773&id=a93faaf658&e=d557876508> will be open to submissions until Sept. 1, 2012, offering emerging writers & artists the opportunity to showcase new literary tales, fables and folklore, weaving new threads into the literary fabric.

A single award of $1,000 and publication will be given to the best emerging author of an unpublished work. In addition, a $500 prize and publication will be awarded to the best illustration submitted.

For a reader's fee of $15, original, previously unpublished/unproduced works in English, and illustrations, may be submitted as follows:

  *   Three (3) poems (under 100 lines)
  *   One (1) short story (up to 5,000 words)*
  *   One (1) piece of short drama (not to exceed 35-minute running time)*
  *   Two (2) black & white illustrations (must be digitally created or scanned, and submitted at no less than 300 dpi)
