The Gold Line Press Chapbook Series (run by students and alumni of USC's PhD in Literature & Creative Writing) is now reading submissions in its second annual Chapbook Contest. There's only a little over a week left before the Nov. 1 deadline, but the editors are still looking for strong submissions in both the poetry and fiction categories-especially fiction!

The winning writer in each category receives $500, publication of a perfect-bound chapbook with ISBN, and 40 copies of the published chapbook-30 of which will be sent to respected literary reviewers around the country.

Submit your work before time runs out ... we really want to read it!
