Hi all -- 

Matthew Zapruder and Jill Alexander Essbaum, UCR-Palm Desert's 
poetry professors, were both in the news this week. Matthew's 
poem "Global Warming" was the Weekly Poem on PBS Newshour and 
Jill recently read her selection from the latest Best American 
Poetry in NY, and through the miracle of the Internet, it's
